This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order [dated 23rd August, 2017 in CS ID No.98557/2016 of the Court of Civil Judge-07, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi] of dismissal of the application of the petitioner / plaintiff under Order XXXIX Rules 1&2 CPC read with Section 151 CPC and Order VII Rule 14 of the CPC. 4.

After full hearing and after I have indicated that I agree with the conclusion reached in the impugned order, the counsel for the petitioner / plaintiff unconditionally withdraws the petition. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
