The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties, who are present through their counsel. 2.

The parties have settled the dispute. The ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited-Respondent has agreed to pay a lump sum enhancement of Rs.6,50,000/- over and above the Award of the MACT amounting to Rs.5,40,496/-.

At the request of the learned counsel for the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited-Respondent, four weeks time is granted to the insurance company to deposit the enhanced amount Rs.6,50,000 with the Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee, failing which it will carry interest @ 9% per annum on delayed deposit. MAC.APP. 1026/2018

The Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee may then release the cheque to appellants/claimants Harendra Kumar, Kumari Sonam, Abhishek and Sonit on production of documents of identification in terms of the Award.

The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 7.

The file be consigned.
