% 06.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 618/2014 under Sections 302/364A/201/506/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act registered at PS Jyoti Nagar.

After some arguments Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, however, the petitioner is in custody since September, 2014 and the trial is pending for nearly last four years, learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
