% 05.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the judgment of conviction has been loaded on the website and a copy thereof taken by the petitioner. He states that now the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court on 6th December, 2018.
This Court had called for the Trial Court record to see if the judgment of conviction was available. The order sheet of the learned Trial Court dated 31st July, 2018 notes that vide separate judgment announced all accused stand convicted for offence punishable under Sections 21/23 read with Sections 28 and 29 of NDPS Act and petitioner herein is also convicted for offence punishable under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act. The impugned judgment is available on the Court record.
