O R D E R

% 18.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondents no.2 to 4 have settled their disputes vide a Compromise Deed dated 26th March, 2016. Therefore, FIR No.0242/2016 under Sections 323/341/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.4 may be quashed.

Respondents no.2 to 4 are present in Court today alongwith their counsel and have been identified by ASI Rajender Singh, P.S. Punjabi Bagh. Respondent no.2 is wife of respondent no.4 and respondent no.3 is wife of nephew of respondent no.4. Petitioners are also related to respondents no.2 to 4. A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial issue. Respondents no.2 to 4 say that they have now settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 vide a compromise deed, in the interest of justice, FIR 0242/2016 under Sections 323/341/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of.
