CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 19.11.2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought a pass-over to obtain instructions as to whether the rights of the minor daughter of late Mr. Bhupendra Singh and the complainant/respondent no. 2 could be compromised in terms of the Settlement Agreement between the petitioners and the widow of the said deceased. In particular, whether the said minor would have no right in the ancestral property or other selfacquired property, of her deceased father. The Settlement Agreement seeks to do away with the minor's right, as may be, through her mother. Whether the parties have the right to do so for a minor is a matter to be examined. The case was passed over.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
