Learned APP for the State submitted that the chargesheet would be filed within three weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the statement made by learned APP regarding filing of the charge-sheet within three weeks, he does not wish to press the present bail application and seeks permission to withdraw the same, with liberty to move an appropriate application at an appropriate stage before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
