Pursuant to the order dated 20.11.2018, we are informed by the learned counsel for the State that the minor child of the petitioner namely baby Dilisha has been recovered from the custody of her maternal grandparents and maternal uncle at Haridwar, with the help of local police and handed over to the petitioner on 02.12.2018.

The petitioner is present in the Court along with the recovered child. 3.

In view of the fact that the child has been restored to the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed on this petition. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
