% 18.12.2018 Role of firing has not been assigned to the petitioner. As per the prosecution, petitioner along with other co-accused persons had gone to the house of complainant and scuffled with him. During the scuffle, petitioner instigated other co-accused Mohammad Javed to kill the complainant. Injured persons have already been discharged from the hospital. Petitioner is in custody for the last eight months. Therefore, he may be admitted to bail.

Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the

trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
