Crl.M.C. 5914/2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 Mr.Sachin Gupta is present in Court along with his counsel who accepts notice. He has been identified by SI Sunil Kumar of police station Govind Puri.
Respondent no.2 says that he has settled the matter with petitioners of
his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 19.09.2018. He further submits that in view of the settlement, he has no objection in case FIR No.190/2017 under sections 341/324/506/34 IPC registered at police station Govind Puri and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed against the petitioners. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the FIR pending.
