Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that in compliance of the order dated 20.07.2016, costs `10,000/- have since been deposited.

Again steps have not been taken by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 20.07.2016. Notice to the complainant could not be issued for want of process fee. On perusal of the file it reveals that the petitioner has miserably failed to comply with the orders 07.09.2015, 01.12.2015, 11.03.2016 and 20.07.2016.

Imposition of costs of `10,000/- for not taking steps for service on the complainant had no effect upon him.

Considering the non-compliance of the orders on various dates despite grant of interim protection, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
