O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 348/2018 This petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been jointly filed by the parties to the arbitration proceedings seeking extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to pass the Arbitral Award. Having perused the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award by the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of four months with effect from 24th November, 2018.
