% 23.01.2019 The petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 422/2017 under Sections 376/354/506 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (in short 'POCSO' Act) registered at Police Station Mehrauli.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the same after material witnesses have been examined. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
