% 20.11.2018 The unit, which has petitioned this Court by means of this petition, is one of the three units in respect of which similar prayers have been made in W.P.(C) 12391/2018 (Mundka Industrial Area Welfare Society (Regd.)). It goes without saying that the same unit cannot maintain two writ petitions for the same cause of action seeking same relief. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the present writ petition as he would pursue the relief sought therein in W.P.(C) 12391/2018.

Accordingly, this writ petition, along with the accompanying applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
