In view of the settlement, the learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the suit. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn/settled. All pending IA(s) also stand disposed of. 3.

The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at between them.
