% 26.11.2018 This petition challenges the order dated 22.10.2018 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC filed by petitioner was dismissed. It is alleged no reasons were given by the learned Trial Court while passing the order. A bare perusal of the impugned order would show the suit is already listed for final arguments; the evidence having being recorded. If the stage of the suit is such, then there was no reason for the learned Trial Court to entertain the application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC. No grounds to interfere with the impugned order passed by learned Trial Court.

The petition is dismissed. The pending application(s) also stands disposed of.
