O R D E R

% 28.11.2018 Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to comply with the fundamental second amendment rules 2018 for the age of superannuation of the Dental Doctors in the Maulana Institute of Dental Sciences in New Delhi. Further seeks direction to the respondents to extend the services of a Dental doctor beyond the present age of superannuation of 62 years to 65 years only after they furnish an undertaking that the Dental doctor shall not hold any Administrative Post after the age of superannuation which is 62 years at present.

Admittedly, the age of the petitioner is 46 years, as stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present writ petition. The Regulation for

which the petitioner is asking for directions to the respondents is not in any way presently effecting the rights of the petitioner for the reason that the petitioner has not attained the age of superannuation. The Regulation, for which, the petitioner seeks direction would be benefitial for those who had attained the age of superannuation of 62 years further upto the age of 65 years and not the petitioner, who is aged 46 years at present. In view of above, I find no ground to pass any order in the present writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J NOVEMBER 28, 2018 j
