% 19.11.2018 The petitioner seeks bail. He is accused of committing sexual assault upon the complainant in a gang rape. Her statement under section 164 Cr. PC is yet to be recorded. The complainant has not appeared before the Trial Court for the past seven dates. The learned counsel for the State submits that the next date scheduled before the Trial Court is 27.11.2018. He assures that every endeavour shall be made to have the statement of the complainant recorded on the said date.

In view of the above, the petition is premature and it is accordingly dismissed.
