% 06.12.2018 The only grievance of the petitioners is that their appeal pending before the DRAT is not being listed and as the DRT-I is proceeding with hearing of OA No.401/2017 it would cause prejudice to them. We had on 16.11.2018 issued notice and directed that proceedings before DRT-I in OA No.401/2017 may proceed but final orders shall not be passed. Now, we are informed that the DRAT has listed appeal, being Appeal No.482/2018 for hearing on 29.01.2019. We direct the parties to appear before the DRAT along with a copy of this order and file an application for preponement of hearing of the matter and on the same being done the DRAT is requested to hear the matter and

dispose of the appeal before 31.12.2018.

The interim order passed on 16.11.2018 shall remain in operation till the appeal is heard and decided by the DRAT.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
