% 19.11.2018 Respondent no.2 Ms.Omwati Lakra is present in Court and accepts notice.

She has been identified by ASI Phool Kanwar of police station Mundka.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide compromise deed dated 30.10.2018 and she has no objection in case FIR No.257/2013 under section 365/506 IPC registered at police station Mundka, which is at the investigation stage is quashed against the petitioners.

The petitioner has offered to deposit Rs.30,000/- with Delhi High

Court Staff Welfare Funds. Receipt dated 19.11.2018 issued by Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Funds has been perused and is taken on record. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No.257/2013 under section 365/506 IPC registered at police station Mundka, which is at the investigation stage is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
