1. The present petition challenges the order dated 25th September, 2018 passed by the CAT in CP No. 553/2018, filed in OA No. 1771/2014. By the said order, the CAT dismissed the said contempt petition which was filed by the present Petitioner for the alleged violation of the order dated 4th April, 2018 in OA No. 1771/2014.

2. The relief granted by the CAT in the order dated 4th April, 2018 was in the form of a direction to the Respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioner "as a physically handicapped category candidate" along the lines of the

judgment dated 22nd December, 2009 passed by the CAT, Bombay Bench in OA No. 388/2006.

3. Since the order dated 4th April, 2018 of the CAT has not been challenged, this Court directs that notwithstanding the impugned order of the CAT dated 25th September, 2018 passed in CP No. 553/2018, the Respondents will comply with the CAT‟s direction in its order dated 4th April, 2018, within a period of 3 months from today.

4. The decision of the Respondents be communicated to the Petitioner in any event not later than 15th June, 2020. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such communication, it will be open to him to seek other remedies in accordance with law.
