ARB.P. 912/2018 Issue notice.
2.1 Mr. Shadhan Farasat accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/Government of NCT of Delhi. Learned counsel says that since there is no dispute about the existence of the arbitration agreement, he does not wish to file a reply and this Court may refer the matter to Delhi International Arbitration Centre (in short 'DIAC'). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits likewise. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the DIAC to appoint an Arbitrator in the matter. Needless to say, the Rules and Fee Schedule applicable to the arbitration proceedings ARB.P. 912/2018
conducted under the aegis of the DIAC will apply to the instant proceedings as well.
The Registry will dispatch a copy of this order to the Coordinator, DIAC. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J DECEMBER 21, 2018 ARB.P. 912/2018
