The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction thereby directing the respondent to take action against the accused persons in the present FIR no. 0011/2017 as registered with Respondents against the Accused persons as named therein.
(ii) Further directions be issued to respondents to search the house of all accused persons to recover the dowry and istridhan articles as per the list of articles submitted with the Respondents in the complaint.
(iii) Further directions be passed to open the joint locker in presence of petitioner as maintained at HDFC Bank South Ex Part - II New Delhi and prepare the inventory of
articles so found in the joint locker and handover the same to the Petitioner."

The petitioner had filed the FIR in question. The petitioner states that after the petition was filed, the respondent has galvanised into action. 3.
The learned ASC appearing for the State submits that the locker maintained with HDFC Bank, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi was opened and the list of articles has been prepared. She states that the investigating authorities have also endeavoured to reconcile the list of items given as stridhan as claimed by the petitioner with the articles/jewellery found. She states that the charge sheet has already been filed against the accused persons.
In view of the above, it is apparent that the concerned authorities have taken and are taking necessary action. 4.
In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner is addressed. No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
