% 21.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 604/2018 under Section 326B IPC registered at PS Prashant Vihar on the complaint of respondent No. 2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that parties have settle the matter.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case charge sheet is filed not making out a case under Section 326B IPC. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
