He was arrested after six months of the incident on the basis of CCTV footage.

Learned APP submits that petitioner had conspired with co-accused and was keeping a watch. He was standing at a juice corner about 30 to 40 meters away from the spot. Petitioner is in custody for about six months.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
