This is an application seeking withdrawal of the present petition in terms of the Settlement arrived between the parties under "Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme II".

Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and has no objection to the application being allowed. 4.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived between the parties.

The parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement and the time line indicated in the said scheme.
