upon completion of investigation into FIR no. 420/2018 of police station Punjabi Bagh (West), the Metropolitan Magistrate having taken cognizance on such report and having issued process against the petitioners for offences under Sections 498A/406/376/377/508/34 IPG, the counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition for anticipatory bail reserving the right to apply for regular bail after entering appearance before the court of cognizance.

The petitions for anticipatory bail are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners will have the liberty to apply for regular bail to be considered in accordance with law.
