CORAM:
HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO
O R D E R
% 14.12.2018 The counsel for the petitioner admits that the main grievance of the petitioner with regard to cancellation of the examination stands fulfilled as on inquiry it is found that there was some irregularity and therefore the Department itself has cancelled the examination. However, now the grievance of the petitioner is that no further inquiry has been undertaken for action against the person or person responsible for the irregularity, which resulted in cancellation of the examination.
Counsel representing Union of India submits that she would have no objection if the petitioner makes representation with regard to the same and the Union of India would consider it as per law. W.P.(C) 13062/2018
The petitioner, therefore, would make a representation to a competent authority and seek action to be taken against the officers or persons responsible and for putting into place a better procedure to avoid such errors in future.
If such representation is made, the respondents would consider the same and proceed in accordance with law. If a representation is filed, we are hopeful that the respondents would take an action at an early date. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. CHIEF JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO, J DECEMBER 14, 2018 ns W.P.(C) 13062/2018
