% 05.04.2018 The petitioner claims to be a regular street vendor and squatting since 19.03.1982 at Aurobindo Marg, INA, Delhi. Mr.Sahoo, counsel for the petitioner, complains that the officials of the respondents had removed him on 08.09.2017. As per the stand of the NDMC, the petitioner was removed as he is not an authorised vendor and his name does not find mentioned in the list of 628 vendors prepared by the NDMC. Today, Mr.Sahoo, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is vending without any obstructions or interference since 10.02.2018 onwards and thus, he does not wish to press this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition as well as C.M.34570/2017 stand dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
