% 19.11.2018 After some hearing, his attention having been drawn to the rulings of this court in Shivam Chauhan & Anr. Vs. The State (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) & Ors., Crl.M.C.2759/2018; and Madan lal vs. the Sate (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) & Ors., Crl.M.C.4382/2016, decided on 05.09.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioners, having taken instructions, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, the petitioners reserving the right to raise all the contentions during the course of the on-going investigation into case FIR No.243/2017 of Police Station R.K. Puram and thereafter at appropriate stage of the proceedings before the trial court.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
