Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to move an application, along with documents relating to the ill health of the petitioner, for the cancellation of the NBWs, which may be considered

sympathetically by the competent court.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The application of the petitioner may be considered sympathetically as per law, in view of his ill health. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
