It is mentioned in the status report that the Sagan ceremony of applicant/accused's son namely Jagjeet Singh is fixed for 29/11/2018 at village Chak Mehar, District Taran Taran (Punjab) and the marriage is fixed for 30/11/2018 which is to be solemnized at village Butala Distt. Amritsar (Punjab). It is also stated in the report that the family of the bride namely Gurinder Jeet Kaur d/o Dharamjeet Singh also confirmed that fact and that the family of applicant/accused comprises of his wife Smt. Rajinder Kaur and two major sons namely Jagjeet

Singh and Gurjeet Singh; There are three major members in the family of the applicant accused other than his daughter namely Sandeep Kaur w/o Sukhpreet r/o D-13B, Moti Nagar, Delhi, who can look after the arrangements of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier also vide order dated 24.11.2017,the petitioner was granted interim bail for 4 weeks and thereafter, on expiry of the said period, the petitioner surrendered before the concerned authorities in time. 5.

In view of the status report wherein, on verification, it is specifically stated that the Sagan ceremony and marriage of the petitioner's son are fixed for 29.11.2018 and 30.11.2018, respectively, and also taking into consideration the previous conduct of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to release the petitioner on bail for a period of 2 weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of Trial Court. Dasti.
