After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to move an application for cancellation of NBWs issued vide orders dated 16.10.2018 and 25.10.2018 and for the deposit of the amount, in compliance of order dated 1.9.2018. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any

opinion on the submissions or on the application, if any, to be moved by the petitioner.
