IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ BAIL APPLN. 2768/2018 and Crl. M.A. 47987/2018 URMILA HASDA ..... Petitioner Through: Mr. Shailendra Kr. Singh and Mr. Arun Kumar, Advocates versus THE STATE ..... Respondent Through: Mr. Amit Ahlawat, APP for State with ASI Karan Singh
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA
O R D E R
% 24.01.2019 Status report and the order dated 27.10.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge on bail application 2747/2018 indicates that there is evidence already gathered to show complicity of the petitioner in the crimes punishable under Sections 370 IPC read with Section 23 of Juvenile Justice Act and Section 3/ 14 of Child Labour Act, the petitioner being the person responsible for procuring minors and trafficking them so as to be placed in employment. There is also report of the investigating agency, which cannot be disbelieved at this stage that the petitioner did not cooperate with the investigation, failed to join the same when called upon to do so and in this view at the instance of the investigating agency, the Metropolitan Magistrate BAIL APPLN. 2768/2018
has issued non-bailable warrants against her but she having eluded the same.
In these circumstances, it is not a case for anticipatory bail to be granted.
The bail application and the application filed therewith are dismissed.
