The petitioner/defendant has impugned the order dated 16.10.2018 passed by the court of learned Additional District Judge05, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, by which their evidence was closed.

It appears that the petition is registered as Civil Revision Petition whereas it should have been registered as Civil Miscellaneous Main.
