The present suit for declaration, partition and injunction has been instituted by Sh. Sumit Panwar, Smt. Sadhna Panwar and Ms. Ritu Panwar - all legal heirs of Late Sh. Virender Panwar. The Defendants in the present suit are - Sh. Devendra Singh, Smt. Hukum Kaur, Smt. Sunita Rathi, Sh. Vishal Panwar, Sh. Manish Panwar, Smt. Kanta Panwar and Ms. Neha Panwar.

Late Sh. Ranvir Singh Panwar had two sons, namely, Late Sh. Virender Panwar and Late Sh. Devendra Singh and one daughter - Smt. Sunita Rathi. The Plaintiffs are the legal heirs of Late Sh. Virender Panwar. Defendant No.1 is Sh. Devendra Singh and Defendants No. 5, 6 and 7 are his son, wife and daughter respectively. Smt. Hukum Kaur is the wife of Late Sh. Ranvir Singh Panwar.

The prayer in the suit was one for declaration that the properties are

joint and also for partition. The disputes were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The disputes between the parties, have been settled vide Settlement Agreement dated 10th December, 2018. The terms of the settlement are contained in paragraphs no. (i.) to (x.) The Settlement Agreement has been signed by all the parties and their counsels. 4.

Today, Sh. Sumit Panwar - Plaintiff No.1 is present on behalf of all the Plaintiffs and Sh. Vishal Panwar - Defendant No.4 is present on behalf of all the Defendants. Their statements have been recorded. The parties and their counsels submit that the disputes have been resolved. 5.

The Court has perused the settlement terms. The same are lawful and there is no impediment in recording the same. The terms of settlement i.e., paragraphs (i.) to (x.) are read as part of the present order. The suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10th December, 2018. Decree sheet be drawn in terms of paragraphs no. (i.) to (x.) of the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement and all the Annexures shall form part of the decree.

All pending I. As stand disposed of.
