o/o 19.11.2018 The issue raised in the above said petitions has been dealt with inW.P.(C) 12316/2018 by this Court on 19.11.2018 and passed order as under:

"Mr. Pawan Kumar, Director of Education (ASB) is personally present in Court and submits that pursuant to the order dated 16.11.2018 passed by this Court, order dated 17.11.2018 has been passed by the DE (ASB), whereby the DDE Districts were directed to get the pending DPC convened in respect of aided schools under their jurisdiction, within three weeks positively and send the compliance report in Aided School Branch. It is further directed that non compliance of the

order will be viewed seriously and mciy invite action under various provisions of DSEAR, 1973.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 17.11.2018 passed by the DE (ASB), the petitioner is inclined to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 1 hereby make it clear that the order dated 17.11.2018 shall be complied with, within three weeks positively.

It is further made clear that after convening of the DEC, the Minutes of the DPC shall be approved within four weeks thereafter.

Order dasti under signatures of Court Master. " The present petitions are also disposed of, in view of the order dated 19.11.2018, passed in W.P.(C) 12316/2018. The directions issued in the said order shall also be admissible to the present petitions.
