The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No. 0253/2018 under Sections 385/386/387/506/507/120-B of the IPC, registered with PS Dwarka (South) and all other proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. The petitioner also impugns an order dated 06.08.2018, directing registration of the said FIR. 2.

The learned standing counsel appearing for the State states, on instructions, that a cancellation report has already been filed with the concerned Court.

A copy of the cancellation report has been handed over to the learned counsel for respondent no.2.

In view of the above, the counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw

the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if the cause so arises. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is disposed of.
