O R D E R
% 20.11.2018 At the outset, Ms. Rao, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the lis espoused by the petitioner is at best of a civil nature and the petitioner may well pursue his remedies, as may be available to him in law.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will impress upon the police and show them that criminality is inherent in the sets of the persons he is aggrieved of.
In the circumstances, this petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation by the DCP of the area concerned. The petitioner shall also meet the DCP on 24.11.2018, preferably in the forenoon. The latter shall interact with the petitioner and orders, as may be considered appropriate, will be passed.
Should the petitioner have any grievance, it will be open to him to pursue his remedies, as may be available in law. The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed-off in terms of the above.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
