At petitioner's instance, proceedings under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 were initiated. By way of this petition, transfer of wrong doer to some other institution is sought.

Upon notice, counsel for respondent submits on instructions that inquiry is complete and inquiry report would be furnished to petitioner within a week.
