% 22.11.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith, seeking quashing of the FIR No.491/2018, Police Station Prashant Vihar, under Section 420 IPC, reserving the right to raise all the contentions set out in the petition as defences during the investigation, which is pending and later in the criminal court as and when report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is submitted. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
