The appellant has filed the present application seeking to withdraw the above captioned appeal. It is stated that the parties have resolved their disputes in terms of the Vivad Se Vishwas-II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme. The learned counsel for the appellant further prays that the amount deposited with the Registry of this Court in terms of the order dated 19.12.2018 be permitted to be withdrawn. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the appellant along with the accrued interest thereupon to the appellant.
