Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, standing counsel, GNCTD (Services) accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. The short grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is that the review application preferred by the petitioner on 04.07.2011 in respect of the judgment dated 23.05.2011 passed in OA No.2322/2009 has not been disposed of and is still pending. Without going into the issue as to who is responsible for the review application remaining pending for a long period of time, we are of the view that in any event the Tribunal should

expedite the hearing of the review application since the same has been pending for an inordinate length of time. Accordingly, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Tribunal to dispose of the review application in the next three months if the same is still pending. Petition stands disposed of.
