The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to conduct a free and fair investigation. It is the petitioner's case that he was not present on the site in question. The petitioner has also provided certain CCTV Footage. 2.

The learned ASC appearing for the respondent states that CCTV Footage presented by the petitioner has been sent for forensic examination. Clearly, the investigating agency is required to take into account all the relevant material including the averments made in the present petition. 3.

The respondent is directed to examine the facts as stated in the present

petition and take necessary steps in accordance with law. 4.
