% 21.11.2017 Both the petitioners claim to be vending at INA, Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi. The complaint of the petitioners is that officials of respondent are interfering in their peaceful possession and have threatened to remove them under the garb of road widening. Mr. Sri Harsha Peechara, counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submits on instructions that complaint of the petitioners is unfounded and baseless at present.

At this stage, Mr. N.K. Sahoo, counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the petition on the basis of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent. He seeks leave to approach this Court in case there is any apprehension.

The petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
