% 04.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 192/2018 under Sections 323/452/34 IPC registered at PS Sonia Vihar. The above noted FIR was registered on the complaint of Shyam Bihari who stated that Mukesh and Govind both sons of late Haridutt and the petitioner herein brought sticks and rod with them and entered forcefully, assaulted him and his family members resulting in injuries to himself and Vikrant.
During the pendency of proceedings Govind and Mukesh have already surrendered before the learned Court of ACMM and released after being formerly arrested.
Petitioner is stated to have not joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to join the BAIL APPLN. 2805/2018
investigation. Considering the nature of injuries which are simple in nature, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. Petition is disposed of.
