% 20.02.2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 14/2015, under Section 420 of IPC, registered at police station Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. While entertaining this application, interim protection was granted to petitioner subject to his joining investigation. Mr.

M.S.Oberoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. Without commenting upon merits of this case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer concerned. With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
