% 08.09.2016 CA No. 3034/2016 The scheme of amalgamation under Section 391 read with Section 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 was approved by order dated 16.05.2016 on Company Petition no.716/2015 whereby the applicant was directed to file certified copy of the said order with the Registrar of Companies within 30 days in terms of Rule 81 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. The applicant seeks enlargement of the time, inter alia, on the ground that there was some mis-communication in the office of the learned counsel.

The official Liquidator is present in court and submits no objection.

The prayer in the application is granted. Time for making the compliance is enlarged. The compliance shall be made within 14 days of this order.
