% 31.01.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to arrange funds for his school going son and also challenges the communication dated 25th September, 2018 whereby his application for parole was rejected.

Latest Nominal Roll has been handed over by learned Additional Standing Counsel as per which the petitioner has availed furlough w.e.f. 5th November, 2018 to 19th November, 2018 after rejection of the application for parole.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been released on furlough after his application was dismissed, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
