% 18.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties, look after his wife and children and also challenges the order dated 4th September, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole on the ground as noted above was dismissed by the Competent Authority.

As per the nominal roll after the application of the petitioner seeking parole was rejected the petitioner was granted furlough w.e.f. 10th September, 2018 by the Director General, Prisons. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already availed the remedy of furlough after the application for parole was rejected this Court finds no ground to grant any further parole at this stage. W.P.(CRL) 3586/2018

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
